We don't own a Bose radio but I have thought about finding a used one on ebay or amazon. Is this a good idea? Can you usually find a good price on a used one or am I better off looking for something else that's just as good?

Bose have a lot of life in them. If you can find one that doesn't have too much age on it and is significantly cheaper I would go for it.

You would obviously need to test out anything before you buy it to make sure it is in good condition. Bose has great quality, but the price for buying new is steep. Buying used could be a good option if it is what you want and you can find something in good condition.

I have saw a good amount of them popping up and off Ebay lately. They go for some pretty extreme prices sometimes on there as well. If you could find one that is significantly cheaper then yea I would buy a used one.
