Hi everyone,
Has anyone used the portable Bose speakers that has a slot for Apple iPod.
The iPod get charged when you listen music.
Its a great buy if you like to travel and are not much comfortable with headphones or ear phones.

I assume you're talking about these? I considered the portable unit - the sound is fantastic. I ended up going with the Logitech instead though. It's rechargeable like the Bose but runs half as much and the sound is still solid. I take mine to the beech and other places that aren't terribly electronics friendly. I just couldn't see spending $400 on something that will get sand kicked in it.

Well some things come with a brand name and BOSE is one of them. Well they really are very much expensive and may even empty your savings and pocket but they have this ability to fill your ears and make your house buzz with their sound. The quality is really superb.

Well, it looks like it's great, but the better question is whether or not the price is worth it to you.

Well its great. But there are alternatives available to you.
If you can afford these then go for them but if not then many other companies are offering these models at less prices.

There are a lot of choices available from other companies.

Polk Audio miDock, Logitech Audiohub, boynq iCube just to name a few. All retail for less than $100 which is a heckuva lot less expensive than the Bose model.

My sister had some portable ones for her CD player to connect into and they are really great. My husband flies a great deal and has asked for some Bose headphones for Christmas but I honestly doubt we can afford them in addition to what I am planning to do already.
