I have no idea but you would like need enclosures of a proper size for the speakers to sound right. You can look at Craigslist and perhaps you can get lucky finding something.

PS - here's a link to an article which has a link to some converters at the bottom. Might be a bit cheaper than I thought but I really didn't look closely at your amp ratings. The speakers will still like need an enclosure.

If you find a good price on a name brand home integrated amp used - you probably can sell it for close to what you paid for it when you're done.

Here's an example of accessories4less.com product you can buy for $200

Here are examples of used stereo integrated amps you can buy and probably less for not drastically different down the road:

You might want to do some negotiating where it says obo (or best offer) and some research if you go this route to see what would be easier to sell after you're done with it. I try to keep some cheap spares around. If I end up upgrading my basement rec'r with something from accessories4less.com to something more modern, I'll take the older one and rotate it to my computer (even though I don't use sound much - the MAC G5 tower has a built in speaker too) and take my old bedroom surround rec'r I have on the computer now for my main back-up PC (I don't use sound that much either). Both of those rec'rs are probably 9-10 yrs old buy work fine but just don't have newer stuff like HDMI. I have a cheap 100WPC stereo rec'r (that cost me $80 when it was new) that is probably 7-8 yrs. old on the back-up PC now and I'd probably just move it to a guest bedroom. Some things don't demand tons of money but are always nice to have as a spare if something goes. I had an old dolby surround rec'r that I got for doing some set-up for someone and I gave it to a friend of mine (for stereo use) who is not into the hobby and just needed something to listen to, So it is nice to have something extra that is not expensive and can be of use for yourself or someone else. Years back I gave my brother my old bedroom set-up of a complete set of speakers for surround sound and a subwoofer I was using in the bedroom for his main system. I bought the sub as a demo model and it wasn't tons of money (it was an old Cambridge Soundworks 140W 8 inch) when I bought it and it certainly wouldn't be worth much selling it. I think I used if for about half a dozen years and my brother probably has it longer. I usually rotate stuff to a secondary system vs. sell it and then if I really can't use it and it is not worth the hassle of selling I find someone who needs it.
