That's tons faster than I did in my basement. Granted, it was not the main system and I have stonework in the bar area and I did a good part of the framing and finishing myself (and I do work slow) but between getting people to do things I didn't do like sheetrock, plumbing and most of the electrical, it did probably take me almost 4 years from start to finish. Probably three of those years was the design (which took me probably a few months to work out with existing poles, duct work, plumbing rough in, heater, etc.), framing and duct work and the last year was largely electrical and finishing.

The HT setup was really cool, great job in your setup. I can only wish that I can have my own basement for my HT. I will keep dreaming until the day will come that I will show my own HT here.
By the way, if dlp won't mind, how much is the cost of the renovation?
